South Grey Spartans Registration
Welcome to South Grey Minor Hockey!! We are excited to see what this season brings.
To register
Step 1. Log on to the online registration website by clicking the link below. If you are new to minor hockey please choose ‘create account’ to get started. Follow the prompts to login and it will take you to the registration page where you will search for your player by name.
Step 2. If you choose etransfer as payment method, send your payment to [email protected]. Please include your player(s) name (who you are paying the registration for) in the message section of the e transfer.
Step 3. If you are registering a player for the first time, you will be required to complete an online program called Respect in Sport Parent Program at https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/. This program defines a standard of behavior for parents in any sport in Canada and creates a more rewarding, safe and respectful environment for everyone involved. Your child cannot be placed on a team until this program has been completed. If you have done this program previously, you are not required to do it again but you will need to link your new player, please see instructions below in red.

Registration is open NOW!! Please do not delay in getting your player registered. The sooner we know registration numbers, the better prepared we can be when our ice is ready!!

-$100 discount when registering 3 or more children

*A $200 Mandatory fundraising lottery ticket fee will be required per family this season. This mandatory fundraiser goes toward the standard operating costs to keep minor hockey going each season. Each family will be responsible for buying tickets up front for a cost of $200 and can recoup their money by selling the tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up the first or second week of on ice skills and development. Draws to be held in March 2026
U11 and U13 rep players have a $150.00 rep team fee
U15 and U18 rep players have a $200.00 rep team fee

Credit card payments are also available through your player's Spordle account.

Unpaid registration fees or unpaid lottery fees will result in your player not being able to participate in on ice activities.
Attention New players
OMHA requires all parents to complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program (once per family). Here is the link for the Respect in Sports Program for Parents https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/
Attention New players with siblings in minor hockey
If you have already completed the Respect in Sport program, you only need to link your new player. To do this go to the Respect in Sport Parent log in page - https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/ Log in (if you are unsure of your user name or password then you can use the Retrieve User Name and Retrieve Password links at the bottom left part of the screen). Once you are logged in, go to Profile (it's menu at the top of the screen) and then a menu will show up on the left side of the screen. You want the button that says Child Management. That will take you to a page that has a button where you can make sure all your players are on your Profile. Make sure to choose South Grey as the association. Once you add your player, then you can log off.

FYI -Players cannot be rostered to their team without the Respect in Sport parent program being completed
