U18 Rep
South Grey Minor Hockey is pleased to welcome Andy Rennie to the organization as the coach of the U18 Rep team for the 2023-24 season.  Andy has a long hockey history which includes many years of coaching in Dundalk, coaching a team that developed a 4th round OHL draft pick and other Junior hockey players and played against three other future OHL draft picks. This came after Andy played and coached junior hockey in Toronto before moving to Grey county.  Andy believes that all players can be successful on a team and creates a system which highlights each player's skill set.  The organization is lucky to have the experience of a non-parent coach for our U18 team.

U21 Rep
South Grey Minor Hockey is lucky to have Colin MacMillan and Rob Mann teaming up to coach our U21 team this year (previously Juvenile).  Colin most recently coached the U18 team in South Grey, being one of the most successful teams in the organization.  Colin was a goalie in his playing career which gave him a birds eye view of defensive structures that worked and did not work.  His rapport with the players is second to none as he develops relationships where players trust that he has their best interests in mind.  Rob coached in Flesherton minor hockey for many years spending a significant amount of time developing players in the U15 and U18 levels.  He developed many players that went on to play junior hockey.  Rob's teams always showed a discipline that is needed for success in rep hockey and all players would buy into the system that the team employed to create that success. South Grey Minor Hockey is lucky to have two highly qualified individuals to lead this group of athletes in the upcoming season.
